David Dreyfus

David Dreyfus is a Partner of Lilja & Co., an independent equity capital markets advisory firm with offices in Zurich and Frankfurt.

After having worked for more than 10 years at Lazard in New York, Paris and Frankfurt, specialising in execution of cross-border M&A and ECM transactions, David in 2005 joined forces with Robert Lilja in setting up Lilja & Co. In this capacity, David and colleagues have executed more than 50 landmark transactions with a deal value greater than €50 billion.

David specialises in advising on dual track exit transactions. He has recently supported numerous high growth companies on the preparation and execution of their IPOs and continues to support these companies on their public growth journey. 

David graduated with a Master's Degree (lic. oec. HSG) in Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen in 1995.
