Dr. Felix Dahm is an industry expert at Lilja Capital with a focus on healthcare.

Felix is the co-founder of E3 Life AG, a lifescience investment and M&A advisory firm based in Zug, Switzerland. Since its inception, E3 Life has worked on multiple M&A processes in biotech and medtech, and is currently engaged in several lifescience investments together with large institutional investors in addition to raising its own investment fund.

Prior to founding E3 Life, Felix was an executive at the private equity owned medtech and pharma companies BSN medical (EQT), Gambro (EQT & Investor AB), and Nycomed (Nordic Capital). Felix has a particular focus on R&D, medical, regulatory and business development and was instrumental in the corporate development of all three companies and the subsequent succesful exits by the respective owners. 

He is a former project leader at Boston Consulting Group in the Zurich office.

Originally, Felix was a surgeon in visceral and transplant surgery and a post-doctorate in hepatobiliary and transplant lab at the University Hospital in Zurich. He is a certified Medical Doctor with a doctorate in medicine from the Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz, Germany.
